The Cleveland commercial real estate office of CB Richard Ellis opened in 1986. Since that time, the firm has grown to be a market leader in all facets of commercial real estate brokerage and property management.
Each commercial real estate professional acts as a gateway to the full service offerings of CB Richard Ellis globally, on behalf of their clients. We have over 45 professionals actively covering the specialties of office, industrial, retail, land, and investment properties for Northeast Ohio. Other local service lines include asset services, project management, valuation and advisory and healthcare services.
There are four CB Richard Ellis offices covering Northeast Ohio. The main office for CB Richard Ellis is located in Public Square in downtown Cleveland. In 2007, another downtown office was established in the Hanna Building, located in the Playhouse Square District. Additionally, to better cover the Akron and Canton markets, a satellite office was created in 1999 in the heart of Downtown Akron and in March of 2008 a suburban Akron office was established. Our company also has numerous property management offices and client-owned properties strategically located around the region.
