Craig King joined CBRE/Hubbell Commercial in January 2003 with an established track record in sales of over 14 years, including major account management and new account development.
As a member of the CB Richard Ellis Land Services Group, Craig specializes in the aquisition, disposition, assemblage and development of transitional property. This includes representing land buyers, owners or developers in a wide array of services, such as marketing, compliance with local land use policies, and zoning considerations.
Prior to joining CBRE, Craig was a leading producer in the wireless industry. Additionally, Craig has a diverse background in the hospitality sector with Marriott Hotels, the building industry with The Home Depot as well as independent commercial and residential contractors.
