Mr. Read joined CB Richard Ellis in 1994, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail property. As the Director of the Retail Services Team in Norfolk, Virginia, he works in landlord and disposition services as well as retailer representation, site selection/market analysis and retail investment sales. Mr. Read was Retail Agent of the Year in 2004 and 2005, and has earned the Gold Award from the Tidewater Association of Realtors for the last four years for income production. Mr. Read is also a member of the company’s Million Dollar Sales and Leasing Club.
