Daniel Reeder is a Executive Vice President with CB Richard Ellis. He joined CB Richard Ellis in 1988. Dan has consistently maintained his status as one of the top brokers in the company and Top 10 in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. He began his career with CB Richard Ellis in the Philadelphia Downtown office. In 1990, he relocated to Wilmington, Delaware to establish the Northern Delaware market. CB Richard Ellis has enjoyed the #1 market position since 1991 and Dan continues to work out of the northern Delaware market, where he leads a Real Estate Solutions Team and manages the DuPont relationship.
During his tenure with the company, Dan has completed various acquisition and disposition assignments totaling approximately 10 million square feet and over 1000 acres of land with an aggregate dollar value in excess of several billion dollars.
Dan and his team take great pride in understanding customer's needs and forming creative solutions and utilizing the appropriate CBRE resources to satisfy their customers real estate needs. Achievements
