With CBRE Dan's primary focus is the representation of office Landlords and Tenants in the Interstate 15 corridor of South West Riverside County and North San Diego County. He utilizes his education, experience, extensive company resources, and in depth local market knowledge to negotiate cost effective and time efficient solutions to his clients’ real estate needs.
Dan's real estate career began in Westwood for Grubb and Ellis in 2002, while completing his degree at UCLA. In 2003 he moved to the CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Carlsbad office focusing primarily on multi-tenant office transactions in the Highway 78 corridor of North County San Diego. Most recently Dan has represented over 350,000 square feet of office development in one of the fastest growing markets in the nation. In 2006 Dan completed sale and lease transactions totaling 358,905 square feet for a total consideration in excess of $19,000,000.00. Achievements
