David McElroy, First Vice President, specializes in single asset investment sales throughout the Northeast. Prior to joining the company in 1996, Mr. McElroy was Northeast director of franchise sales and development for Hospitality Franchise Systems (HFS). He has 13 years of full-service hotel operations and sales management experience in the Northeast, including several years as general manager of a 300-room, full-service, convention hotel.

- Various sales and marketing positions, including Sales Representative, Sales Director and Director of Sales and Marketing. During this period, oversaw a 140% increase in the gross revenues of the property in a fiercely competitive environment.
