Dena Wren joined the Dallas office of CB Richard Ellis in 1990 and transferred to the Houston office in 1993. Over the last 19 years Dena has specialized in Office Leasing and Tenant Representation.
Over the last nine years, her focus has been on representing Landlords in the marketing, pre-lease and lease-up of speculative office developments and “large blocks” of available office space in the market.
