Diana Cardona rejoined CB Richard Ellis in 2004 as the Director of Retail Information and head of the Retail Site Selection Group, a resource within the CBRE Retail Services Division.
Prior to rejoining CBRE, Diana worked for 12+ years as a Major Account Executive for Claritas, Inc. in the Retail, Restaurant and Real Estate Group. San Diego based Claritas Inc. is regarded as the leading provider of intelligent marketing information and target marketing services aimed at reducing the cost of customer acquisition and growing customer value. Diana's experience includes utilization of Claritas' marketing databases, industry leading consumer segmentation systems and software applications for site analysis. During her tenure with Claritas, Diana was directly responsible for managing the CB Richard Ellis Account and has worked closely with all service lines within CBRE, including Brokerage, Valuation/Appraisal Services, Corporate Services and the Retail Group.
Diana's experience includes over 20 years in the information management field including primary research, staff management, statistical reporting, training & communication and sales. Diana's team, the Retail Site Selection Group (RSS), works directly with CB sales professionals and their clients to assist them in utilizing state of the art software and information. In addition to identifying and profiling customers, identifying retail gaps in neighborhoods, landlord location analysis and neighborhood profiles, the RSS Group is a resource for all retail related analysis.
