Diane Paddison joined CB Richard Ellis as President of Client Accounts, Global Corporate Services.

Diane oversees a $600,000,000 business providing real estate services to Global Corporations across multiple service lines.  She is responsible for delivering our services through a client centric, single point of contact, account management delivery model resulting in client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and implementation of a global platform to result in strong financial performance.

Focus:

  1. Financial - Short and long-term revenue growth and profitability
  2. Operational - Delivers effective, efficient and ethical operations for clients by our account teams integrating all CB Richard Ellis service lines.
  3. Leadership - Oversees recruiting development, mentoring, succession planning, compensation and recognition of account teams’ serving our clients resulting in a cohesive, diverse team dedicated to improvement of service delivery platform and client relationship.
  4. Growth - In conjunction with our sales team, focuses on gaining market share with current and prospective clients. 

Serving as Chief Operating Officer for Global Services for Trammell Crow Company from January 2005 to December 2006, Diane oversaw the development and implementation of Trammell Crow Company's entire Global Services client strategy for the two customer service groups, investor and users customers. She also managed two of the four major lines of business - Building Management and Project Management. In this role, Diane focused on improving quality and consistency across the entire customer service continuum, which includes marketing, management of new clients and current clients' expansion pipeline, current account service standards and transitions and continuance of performance improvement.  Diane was elected to the Executive Committee in January 2004.

In real estate for twenty-one years, Ms. Paddison began her career with Trammell Crow Company as a leasing agent in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1987 where she sourced and administered directly over $50,000,000 of transaction revenue for TCC and progressed to Principal. Later, she became the first appointed female Managing Director and Senior Managing Director within the company and appointed to TCC's Operating Committee in February 2001.
