Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial in 1979, Dick spent ten years as Director of Industrial Development for the state of Iowa and worked in industrial real estate, plant location and site location for a total of thirteen years.
Dick's extensive professional background has been further enriched by his previous involvement in organizations such as the American Industrial Development Council, the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, and the Society of Office and Industrial Parks. Over the years, Dick has been recognized repeatedly for his expertise in commercial and industrial sales and leasing. He is a multiple award recipient of both the Million Dollar Club, and the F.M. Hubbell Production Award.
