Dodson Schenck joined CB Richard Ellis in October 2004, as Director of the Triad Region of North Carolina, comprising of the Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point markets. In his current role, Mr. Schenck oversees all aspects of the Triad office operations in addition to his traditional office and industrial brokerage activity. He has experience representing owners, landlords and tenants in leasing, sales and investment sales. His client list is representative of national companies and institutional owners, as well as local firms with investments in the Triad region.
Mr. Schenck has been involved in several significant Triad transactions in recent years. In 2005, he represented APL Logistics in its fast-tracked 316,000 square foot industrial build-to-suit lease in Winston-Salem, NC. APL Logistics was chosen as the primary logistics provider for Dell Computer Corporation’s recently completed 500,000 square foot computer assembly facility. In 2006 Mr. Schenck, with a partner, represented Liberty Property Trust in the disposition of a four building, 265,000 square foot income producing office portfolio. Mr. Schenck maintains excellent professional relationships with local and regional economic development officials and major area landlords.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Schenck served as Vice President for Hagan Properties, a local Greensboro based firm specializing in sales and leasing. He is an active member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and is the immediate Past-President of the NC Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM). He has completed recent transactions comprising of over 1,700,000 square feet with a value in excess of $100,000,000.00.
