Gino Vincent is a member of the Global Gaming Group, a strategic business unit within CB Richard Ellis that focuses on serving the specific needs of the gaming community worldwide. Mr. Vincent contributes his talents in supporting the team’s increasing market share and servicing existing clients. His primary responsibilities include listing and contact database management, preparing and distributing offering memorandums, researching current market conditions and preparing monthly activity reports.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Vincent worked at Mark L. Fine & Associates, a commercial brokerage and development company, as a licensed real estate Broker-Salesperson and Business Broker specializing in the small to mid size gaming market, including bars, taverns and small casinos.
Previously, Mr. Vincent interned in the development and entitlements department at The Olson Company, a residential development firm in southern California. He also interned at CB Richard Ellis as both a transaction coordinator and researcher.
