Heath joined CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial as an established, successful professional in commercial real estate. Since 1998, Heath has worked in all disciplines of commercial real estate on many different projects. This experience has given him extensive knowledge of all property and transaction types. Furthermore, he has completed multiple leasing and sales transactions as a tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representative. Heath's hands-on experience includes marketing downtown and suburban office, retail centers and land developments, as well as the sale of investment product.
