Professional Experience
Heath Chapman joined the Raleigh CB Richard Ellis in January 2007 as part of the merger between CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company. He is responsible for providing property owners and investors of commercial office, mixed-use, and medical property in the Raleigh-Durham area with leasing and marketing services. Heath also focuses on select tenant representation assignments for local, national and global companies in fulfilling their office space requirements. Additional responsibilities include acquisition and disposition strategies, market analysis, development, investment and consulting services.
Heath oversees all phases of exclusive property listings, maintains key client and tenant relationships and pursues new business development opportunities. He has completed numerous real estate transactions during his career. Before joining Trammell Crow Company and now CB Richard Ellis, Heath was Leasing Representative for publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Highwoods Properties, Inc., the largest owner and operator of Class A office space in the Raleigh-Durham market. At Highwoods, he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of an office portfolio encompassing nearly 1,000,000 square feet.
