Hal's responsibilities on the team include:
- Collecting and interpreting property information
- Preparing cash flow analyses and reports
- Writing, producing and distributing investment offerings
- Researching companies and tenants
- Responding to inquiries from prospective buyers
- Researching and implementing new marketing tools and technologies
Professional Experience As director of marketing for two development firms before joining CB Richard Ellis, Hal was responsible for the marketing and sale of more than 1,100 residential units, and supervised leasing and tenant improvements on several office projects in Los Angeles.
After moving to Northern California in 1988, Hal received numerous Building Industry awards for marketing programs he implemented in the greater Sacramento area.
