Jack Howard is a Vice President for the National Loan Sale Advisory Group in the New York office of CBRE Capital Markets. He is responsible for document review and detailed financial analysis of loans offered for sale in the secondary market. Mr. Howard’s duties include preparation of sophisticated financial proformas, development schedules and discounted cash flow analyses for all types of real estate. In addition, Mr. Howard performs finance related due diligence, site inspections, detailed market analysis, transactional support and prepares detailed offering materials.
Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Mr. Howard worked in the Washington D.C. office of Cushman & Wakefield as both a Leasing Associate with the Brokerage Services Group, and a Senior Financial Analyst with C & W’s multifamily sales division. He was directly involved in leasing over 1 million square feet of office space in the Washington D.C. market, and the sale of over $200 million in multifamily sales throughout the Mid-Atlantic. His primary responsibilities included underwriting, preparation of sophisticated financial proformas, development schedules and discounted cash flow analyses as well as market and property position analysis. Mr. Howard was also responsible for all due diligence coordination between buyer and seller and oversaw the preparation, distribution and follow-up for all marketing materials. In addition, Mr. Howard conducted site visits and provided support through all stages of negotiation and closing.
