As Managing Director, Mr. Olshonsky has profit and loss responsibility for over 150 employees in the Washington, DC office. He is also partner on the management team for the Washington region to include Washington, DC, Baltimore, Maryland, Bethesda, Maryland and McLean, Virginia. In addition, Mr. Olshonsky serves as the international leader of The Law Firm Practice Group of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Achievements Mr. Olshonsky is the 2003 Chairman of the National Association of Realtors, Commercial Alliance Committee and he was the 2000 President of the Washington DC Association of Realtors and the 1998 President and "Realtor of the Year" of The Greater Washington DC Commercial Association of Realtors. Other board memberships include NAIOP-Northern Virginia, Hebrew Home of Greater Washington (the largest nursing home in the state of Maryland), and The Ring House.
