Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Jeff worked in the investment real estate market in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Jeff was involved with the functional analysis, day-to-day operations and renovations of a large number of commercial real estate assets.
Jeff then joined the CB Richard Ellis investment properties division, working within CB Richard Ellis Hotels. Jeff works on the evaluation, marketing, acquisition and disposition of hotel properties. His skills include conducting property analyses for investment disposition and the repositioning of hotel opportunities. In addition to individual property analysis, Jeff can provide recent comparable sales information, analyzing market, demographic and regional data in order to provide his clients with the most up-to-date information concerning the hotel market locally and nationally.
Jeff has a large amount of client interaction. Through this interaction, Jeff is responsible for establishing and maintaining a client database as well as servicing existing clients.
