Jeffrey Roe has been a specialist in hospitality investment sales and marketing for over 15 years throughout northern California and the United States Western Region. He has amassed a career spanning nearly 30 years beginning with 15 years of commercial real estate transaction experience. He was a Senior Investment Associate with Marcus & Millichap and was a founder of their hospitality and lodging brokerage practice. In 1996, he joined Hotel Partners, Inc. and launched this international firm's San Francisco office. In the ensuing years, Insignia/ESG purchased the Hotel Partners practice which later became the nation's leading hotel practice at CBRE Hotels.
At CBRE Hotels, Mr. Roe and the West Coast Hotel team has assisted clients in the sale of premier assets in the Western United States. Recently, the team represented Blackstone in the sale of the Sheraton Seattle East Hotel in Bellevue, Washington. In addition, the team sold a portfolio of Marrioit Hotels in Bend, Oregon, two Residence Inns by Marriott for Ashford Hospitality and an Embassy Suites in Southern California for Japanese clients. Mr. Roe has represented Lennar Partners, Joie De Vivre Hospitality, Rim Corporation, Dow Hotels, Archon/Whitehall, Hardin Capital and Starwood Hotels & Resorts throughout his career.
The West Coast Hotels team has offices in Southern California as well as Mr. Roe based in the San Francisco Office. The team’s transactional experience throughout the Washington, Oregon and California provide the team with the credentials and expertise to advise and provide transactional services for clients with interests within the region.
