Jeffrey Thomas has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1992, and has been associated with CB Richard Ellis since 1997. Jeffrey Thomas is a founding member of the CBRE Net Leased Properties Group which specializes in the sale of single tenant investment properties nationally. Past disposition efforts include single asset sales, multi-market portfolios, corporate sale leasebacks, zero cash flow and off-market transactions. Jeffrey also provides structured lease and finance advisory services to owners of single tenant assets, including developers, private and institutional investors, corporations (considering sale leasebacks), private equity firms and investment banks.
Over the past year, Mr. Thomas has been engaged in disposition assignments totaling over $340 million in value and over 3 million square feet. Jeffrey has completed over $2.6 billion in investment transactions since 2002, representing over 500 properties sold.

Prior to rejoining CB Richard Ellis in 2002, Jeffrey was the Senior Product Manager of LoopNet.com, a San Francisco based online commercial real estate listing service. Jeff was responsible for all aspects of the LoopNet.com listing service and their largest revenue producing product, Premium Membership. His achievements at LoopNet included developing and executing a successful free-to-pay business model transition, which secured over $4 million in additional funding and ultimately helped propel the company towards a successful IPO.
Before joining LoopNet, Jeff worked closely with a team of real estate professionals to develop the national Net Leased Properties Group in Newport Beach. In 1997, Jeff was involved in over $100 million of net leased property dispositions, including a $75 million sale-leaseback transaction with Galyan's Trading Company.
