Prior to joining CBRE in 2007, Ms. Davis managed all aspects of real estate transactions for real estate owners and tenant-in-common sponsor entities – key responsibilities included acquisitions, contract review/negotiations, debt sourcing, asset and portfolio management, dispositions, refinancings, and overall deal structuring. Ms. Davis was directly involved in financing over 2.5 million square feet of office and retail properties. During her tenure at Ernst & Young, Ms. Davis developed and advised on implementing business process improvement plans for publicly traded REITs and several private real estate operating companies.
As a member of the CBRE | Student Housing Group, Ms. Davis utilizes prior principal-side experience to facilitate the transaction from initial valuation through closing. In addition, Ms. Davis employs her financing background to actively work with CBRE | Melody to review financing options for clients.
