Jess Simmons started with CB Richard Ellis in the Miami office in 1985 as an Industrial Specialist. He then transferred to the Jacksonville office in 1987. Mr. Simmons rejoined CB Richard Ellis in January, 2008 as a Land Specialist. In the years away from CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Simmons has gained experience in economic and industrial development, site selection for national companies, land acquisition and development for home builders and incentive negotiations and project financing.
