Joe Orscheln is a Kansas City native, who joined the CB Richard Ellis team in November of 2006. His main focus, as a member of the CBRE industrial team, is new business development. After graduating from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, Mr. Orscheln joined OrTran, Inc., a Kansas City based logistics company, where he performed inside sales and logistical scheduling. He then joined DHL Worldwide Express, the world’s largest overnight logistics provider, where he had a steady and successful sales record. With his knowledge of sales and transportation, Mr. Orscheln offers brokerage representation services for tenant/landlord industrial clients.
