John’s primary role with the Anderson Cunningham Multifamily Team is to provide market research concerning listed properties, as well as general market conditions. He helps to maintain a database of all metro Phoenix multifamily properties 50 units and larger, and another covering over 1,000,000 units throughout the Southwest. From this data and other sources, he and Brad Johnson generate quarterly and annual reports, and maps involving rents, new construction, planned development, current and future absorption and occupancy, sales and prices. Reports and maps describing customized submarkets are also created on an as needed basis. John also helps to maintain the database of apartment owners, investors, and lenders that are routinely employed in the marketing of team listings. John’s daily market research activities allow him to knowledgeably discuss marketing information with clients.
In addition, John contributes to the market information of the offering memorandums, flyers and electronic mailings. John provides marketing reports and performs additional research projects for the team’s clients.
John joined the team in August of 2006 and brings an analytical and technical background to the team following five years of Property Tax Software, Property Tax Management and Property Tax Appeal Services experience. He was employed as a Property Tax Associate at Deloitte Property Tax Services & a Property Tax Manager at ePropertyTax.
