John is a member of the Senior Housing Group based in Miami, Florida. He specializes exclusively in the sale of land suitable for Senior Housing on a national basis. He is responsible for site selection, market analysis, interpreting and understanding zoning and entitlements, and managing/executing the marketing campaign. John is involved in both acquisitions and dispositions of land for clients nationwide. After joining the team in 2007, he has evaluated and marketed numerous land sites for various types of Senior Housing development from Independent & Assisted Living Facilities to Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, John spent 3 years with a prominent local real estate firm in the Treasure Coast area (Vero Beach, FL) focusing on land throughout central and southern Florida. His experience with land includes the sale of more than 2,000 acres and the evaluation of tens of thousands of acres. Prior to his specialization in land, John completed transactions in retail and office properties on the east coast of Florida. John also previously worked with a national commercial real estate firm in Phoenix, Arizona assisting a Senior Sales Associate in updating and managing a multifamily database.
