Professional Experience Josh Klimkiewicz joined CB Richard Ellis in 2006 as a Financial Analyst on the Boston Investment Sales team. Josh is responsible for coordinating all financial due diligence during the marketing process, all financial modeling, and the preparation of marketing materials. His primary responsibilities include thorough reviews of lease and mortgage documentation, detailed evaluations of historical income and expense data, pro forma cash flow projections using marketing assumptions, and a range of other project-specific tasks to assist clients and their specific needs. Since joining CBRE, Josh has been responsible for the underwriting and valuation of over $2.75 billion of various property types.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Josh played third base for the El Paso Diablos, a professional, independent baseball organization based out of El Paso, Texas.
