Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Smith was the General Manager of a prominent Shadyside restaurant for six years. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a restaurant with a full kitchen, bar, and staff of nearly 50 employees, Smith was instrumental in the opening of an affiliated restaurant. His work in opening the restaurant included substantial work in the design and location of the restaurant. Additionally, the scope of Smith’s prior work included the scouting of further locations for the restaurant and for future concepts. Smith understands the importance of hard work and strong customer relations, which are just a few of the qualities he extends to his clients at CB Richard Ellis.
