Kadie Presley is a Senior Sales Director specializing in the sale of multi-housing investment properties and multi-housing development sites in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas. Since joining CB Richard Ellis' Team Lustig-Bower, Ms. Presley has been involved in the sale of over 3,600 existing and for-development residential units. Ms. Presley focuses on transaction execution, including marketing, sales negotiations and escrow management. She has a service-oriented approach to client representation and has established relationships with active sellers and buyers throughout the region. Ms. Presley is a partner on Team Lustig-Bower, one of the top teams within CB Richard Ellis.
Team Lustig-Bower is committed to serving multi-housing property investors by satisfying their unique needs in acquiring and selling apartment buildings, condominium conversions, and land. The Team is composed of seven skilled and licensed professionals, who, by creating value through strategy, intellectual capital and a unique, comprehensive marketing process, have sold or marketed over $2.5 billion of investment properties in the last three years. Ms. Presley was awarded the CB Richard Ellis “Team of the Year” Award in 2005 for her part in making Team Lustig-Bower one of the most successful investment property brokers in Southern California. In 2007 Team Lustig-Bower was ranked the Number 1 Broker nationally in the CB Richard Ellis/Private Client Group.
Prior to joining Team Lustig-Bower, Ms. Presley worked at the Charles Dunn Company, a regional commercial brokerage firm. Ms. Presley obtained her BA in English Literature and Art History from Manhattanville College in New York and began her career in New York City with the Grey Global Group, a world renowned advertising agency.
