Kevin Talbot provides extensive commercial real estate market experience and management skills as director of the company's Eastern Research Department which maintains a staff of nearly 70 professionals in 38 corporate locations, and provides support to 36 partner locations. As Division Director, Kevin is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of market data within the Eastern U.S. in accordance with CB Richard Ellis' Strategic Plan and all corporate and industry standards. Additionally, Kevin focuses on the development and implementation of new Research processes, products and services. Professional Experience In the 10 plus years with CB Richard Ellis Kevin has advanced from managing the Chicago research department to his current position as the Eastern Division Director of Research. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Kevin spent 5 years as a real estate consultant, where as a Senior Market Analyst he conducted various studies including:
· Feasibility
· Site selection
· Strategic development
· Customer characteristics and profile programs
· Market penetration
· Sales forecasting.
Concentrating on, but not limited to, retail development in Latin America he has been involved in projects in over 30 metropolitan areas for the leading retailers and developers in those markets.
