Kristina Marabyan serves as the Marketing Assistant for Barbara Emmons and her team of leading Industrial Properties professionals. In this capacity, she is primarily responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the Colbert Coldwell Circle-winning team.
Ms. Marabyan brings a wealth of knowledge and relevant experience to her current role. In her previous position as the Marketing Assistant for Glendale Office Properties Specialist, Patrick Church, she assisted with his marketing projects and successfully facilitated the daily operations of his team. She also continues to assist him with technological issues and deal progression.
In her role as Administrative Assistant to the Offices Services Administrator in the Glendale office, she was instrumental in implementing the new CB Budget Analysis Plan, and ensuring an excellent ratio of revenue to spending.
Ms. Marabyan has played an important supporting role in the growth and success of the CB Richard Ellis Glendale office for over five years.
