Kym has been actively involved in the Commercial Real Estate industry for over 20 years, and has held her real estate license for over 15 years. She the Client Services Coordinator for the hotel team comprised of Doug Henkel in Norfolk, Virginia, Marc Magazine located in Washington, DC and Lewis C. Miller located in Atlanta, Georgia. This team specializes in Managed Marketing for the Hotel and Hospitality Industry.
In addition to Kym's brokerage responsibilities, she oversees the Web Development and Web Publishing for the firm's offices in Norfolk, Richmond and Charlottesville, Virginia, and in Raleigh, Charlotte and Greensboro, North Carolina. She was instrumental in the creation of, and continuous updating of the Norfolk website, and also in creating the Norfolk Intranet site on the company's Intranet, the Navigator, and was named Web Publisher of the Month in April 2006 and also in December, 2004. Her duties in this capacity include:

Publishing of submitted web pages for all Virginia and North Carolina offices

Recruiting, training and consultation for other Web Publishers in the Virginia and North Carolina offices (group trainings, one-on-one trainings, and consultations)

Marketing of cbre.com through html emails

Maintain, manage, and add content for Norfolk cbre.com and Navigator pages

Web Trends Reporting (Gathering, Posting, and Delivering of amount of hits and time viewed of Virginia cbre.com and Navigator sites
Kym also oversees the Birthday Cakes for Homeless Children program implemented in the Norfolk office in 2006.
Kym joined Robinson Sigma Commercial Real Estate in January, 1996. Robinson Sigma became a Partner Office of CB Richard Ellis in September, 2000. Achievements
