CB Richard Ellis' Latin America and Caribbean regional office was established in Miami as a result of the city's unquestionable position as the business gateway for Latin America and the concentration of major US and international corporations' regional operating offices.

Our first office in the region was established in 1979 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  Today, the Latin America and the Caribbean region employs over 300 employees, with 17 offices in the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Venezuela.
