Mr. Larsen joined CB Richard Ellis in 1984.  Since joining CB Richard Ellis as an Office Property Specialist, he has been involved in over 700 projects with gross consideration of 700 million.  He has represented new developments, sales transactions, and leasing assignments serving both landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Larry was employed by Xerox Corporation, selling office automation systems.
