Laura Baum joined CB Richard Ellis in September 2005 with a background in residential sales and lending. Laura assists and coordinates the many efforts involved in marketing, leasing and selling of industrial and office properties, primarily in the Northwest and West Valley. Laura joins Bruce Campbell, Mitchell Stravitz and Tripp Anderson in delivering excellence, accuracy and superior customer service for each client and transaction.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Interaction with clients for project coordination, marketing materials, legal documentation and other communication.
- Maintains all required documentation and reporting to ensure project flow.
- Researches markets, clients and properties to generate comprehensive marketing materials.
- Assists in day-to-day activities regarding properties, clients and brokers.
