Linda Gibbs, along with her partner Tim Sharpe, manages the CB Richard Ellis Private Client Group practice for the state of Iowa. The Private Client Group is an initiative of CB Richard Ellis, the worldwide leader of real estate services. The Private Client Group focuses on the needs of the individual investors providing acquisition, disposition and 1031 Exchange services for the investors seeking opportunities in office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties. Together, they have assembled a professional team that delivers the full complement of services that CB Richard Ellis offers on a national basis to their clients. Collectively, Linda and Tim bring over 40 years of commercial real estate experience to the table.
Linda is committed to the fundamentals of providing the same quality service and creative real estate solutions on which she has built her solid reputation. Linda has been recognized in the commercial real estate market as an expert in retail projects, investment properties and development projects. Her entrepreneurial spirit, business savvy, “hands-on” management and consistent follow-through on behalf of her clients are her hallmarks and keys to her success.
Linda’s career in real estate began in 1986 with CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial, after seven years as a vice president and division head at the largest financial institution in the state of Iowa.
In 1990, Linda and Tim joined forces and formed a dynamic team combining their many years of experience and expertise in the commercial real estate market. Their goal continues to be to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide them with quality services based on a philosophy of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Linda has been recognized throughout her CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial career with numerous awards including Top Producer, F. M. Hubbell Memorial Production Award and Heitmann Properties’ Deal Maker of the Year award.
Linda has attained the CCIM and SIOR professional designations, and is a licensed broker in both Iowa and Arizona.
