Lisa Zaranek is a partner with Robert Taylor in the Florida practice of CB Richard Ellis Hotels. She is responsible for business development, financial underwriting, and strategic advisory for mixed-use, hotel, resort, marina, and land dispositions. Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Ms. Zaranek was a member of CBRE’s Multi-Housing Group in Miami, where she focused on the disposition of mixed-use, resort, land and multi-housing assets. In her tenure at CBRE, she has participated in the financial underwriting and/or strategic advisory for over $7 billion in real estate assets.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Ms. Zaranek served as a management consultant within the healthcare services industry. In this role, she advised senior executives on shaping corporate strategy and assisted in their preparation for investor presentations. Before that, she obtained an MBA in Corporate Finance and Real Estate from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to business school, she served as Senior Manager of Strategic Planning for an S&P 500 company within the healthcare services industry.
