Mark Fewin is a Senior Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis and is responsible for all commercial real estate services provided by CB Richard Ellis in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Mr. Fewin provides oversight for over 950 employees within all service lines including property and facility management, brokerage, investment sales, valuation, debt and equity, project management, and corporate advisory services. Mr. Fewin has the ability to understand challenges, knows how to deploy resources to be proactive at solving problems and creating value, and takes advantage of market opportunities for customers. He also understands the importance and critical ingredients of superior customer service.
Mr. Fewin was the Dallas/Fort Worth Area Director for Trammell Crow Company from 2003 until the merger with CB Richard Ellis. Since joining Trammell Crow Company in 1986, Mr. Fewin has been involved in the development process for over 15 million square feet of projects to include office, industrial, retail, healthcare and higher education facilities and corporate headquarters. In 2000, he was responsible for all commercial real estate activities in North Carolina and South Carolina based in Charlotte. Subsequently, he was asked to return to Dallas to lead a national initiative focused on the delivery of development services to corporate clients beginning in 2001.
