Mark Stymiest joined CB Richard Ellis in 1983. He has over 22 years of experience with investment properties. Mr. Stymiest has been engaged in multi-housing property transactions encompassing over 80,000 units in over 400 transactions of $1.8 billion total consideration.
Successful execution experience includes tax-exempt bond financed properties, portfolio sales, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, pre-sales, joint ventures and traditional deal structures. Mr. Stymiest has worked in partnership for the past 17 years with William J. Baxter, Jr. in the CB Richard Ellis Dallas office. Achievements
