As President of Institutional & Corporate Services, Mr. Lafitte is responsible for the operations of CBRE's business solutions to both Investor and Occupier clients. The lines of business delivered through Institutional & Corporate Services include Asset Services, Facilities Management, Project Management and Transaction Management. Mr. Lafitte serves on both the Global Executive Board of CBRE and the Americas Operating Management Board. The lines of business within Institutional & Corporate Services have revenues in excess of $1 billion and include approximately 9,000 employees around the globe.
Prior to becoming President of Institutional & Corporate Services for CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Lafitte served as President of Global Services for Trammell Crow Company and was a member of the firms Executive Committee and Operating Committee. Mr. Lafitte joined Trammell Crow Company in 1997 and served in various roles including Chief Operating Officer of Global Services, Regional Director of the Central region of the U.S. and Dallas Market Leader. Mr. Lafitte has been in the commercial real estate business since 1984 when he joined Lincoln Property Company in Dallas and also served in production, leadership and development roles with Bear Stearns and PREMISY Real Estate Services, an affiliate of Prudential Life Insurance Company.
