Professional Experience
Nick has over 20 years experience in private sector real estate research and consultancy, and has worked for CBRE since 1994. He is responsible for co-ordinating the research activities of CBRE across Asia Pacific, covering India, Greater China, South East Asia, Japan and Australia. Nick and his team ensure that a full and innovative range of research, analysis and consultancy services is provided for clients of the Company. The Asia Pacific Research team comprises 9 staff based in Hong Kong who undertake pan-Asia analysis and co-ordinate the work of over 100 specialists in countries across the region.
The team forms part of the CBRE Global Research & Consulting network, within which CBRE professionals across the world collaborate to provide consistent information and advice to colleagues and clients on a multi-regional basis. In addition to his specific responsibilities in Asia, Nick is also a Senior Managing Director of the Global Research team, overseeing the development of global research products and multi-regional client consultancy services as part of the Global Research & Consulting Executive Committee.
