Ramon Flores joined CBRE when the company opened its office in Monterey, Nuevo Leon. Ramon has been involved in some of Monterrey's largest real estate transactions including the 33 million dollar sale of the New York Life facility to the Federal Government. Ramon's expertise and knowledge of the Monterrey real estate market lead to his being selected as Managing Director of the CBRE Monterrey office. Ramon is fluent in English.
As Managing Director of CBRE's Mexican Northeast Division, Ramon has actively participated in business and production, recruited and trained professionals, coordinated market research and information management, designed and implemented business plans, overseen all administrative and management tasks as well as being involved in public relations and marketing of the company.
