Office Description:

As one of the fastest growing regions in the United States, the Inland Empire is experiencing a boom of unparalleled proportions, from population growth, to job growth, to retail growth.  According to John Husing, the Inland Empire’s renowned local economist, the Inland Empire is forecasted to add 805,286 jobs from 2000 to 2020.  Comparatively, the combined growth of Orange, LA and Ventura counties is was 747,238 during the same time period—50,000 jobs less than the Inland Empire’s two counties.

With more than 27 colleges and universities in the Inland Empire and lower housing costs than neighboring coastal counties, there are now more than 300,000 college-educated workers in the Inland Empire, a factor driving commercial growth on all levels.

Among those professional and college-educated workers are more than 100 real estate professionals that make up the CB Richard Ellis’s Inland Empire Region, led by Senior Managing Director Natalie Bazarevitsch. Based in three strategically located offices across the region, with a hub office in the heart of Ontario, these professionals are the ultimate market experts in all aspects of commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail, investment properties, Information Management, Asset Services, CBRE Melody, Appraisal and National Retail Services. In addition to the Ontario hub office, CBRE has successful and growing offices in Corona which boasts a dynamic, leading industrial team of brokers, and Indian Wells, which services the growing Coachella Valley.
