Mr. Arangio is a seasoned Loan Sale professional who has participated in the advisory and placement of over $8 billion in loan sales in the past seven years. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of the National Loan Sale Advisory Group of CBRE Capital Markets and is in charge of the New York City Loan Sales Office. Mr. Arangio is responsible for the sale and marketing of commercial mortgage loans on the secondary market.
Mr. Arangio’s responsibilities include development of prospective sales strategies, capital markets implementation, management and policy procedures, staff supervision, institutional contact liaison, negotiation with buyers and sellers and related ancillary advisory functions. In addition, Mr. Arangio structures the marketing process and will oversee the valuation and underwriting portion of assignments as well as planning and directing the execution of all investor contacts and calling campaigns. He provides financial advisory services to public and private institutions in the acquisition and disposition of commercial mortgages and properties.
Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Mr. Arangio served as the Vice President of the Loan Sales Group at Cushman and Wakefield where he was responsible for assisting in all sales efforts, preparation of sophisticated financial proformas, finance related due diligence and detailed market analysis. His responsibilities included forming prospective sales strategies, capital markets implementation, management and policy procedures, staff supervision and negotiation with buyers and sellers.
