Mark Fewin is an Executive Managing Director and the Global Leader for Project Management services at CBRE. Mr. Fewin has the combination of leadership, technical, and client-relations skills that has allowed him to consistently create value for a wide array of clients in a number of different leadership roles during his over 25-year career. He has the ability to quickly understand problems and opportunities, resulting in business strategies that proactively create value and take advantage of ever-changing market conditions for clients, while consistently delivering superior customer service.
Mr. Fewin began his career in 1986 with Trammell Crow Company as a Project Manager in Dallas and then worked for four years in the New York Tri-State area focusing on the development process related to office, industrial and call center facilities. Upon returning to Dallas in 1991, he was part of or led the development of over 17 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, healthcare, higher education facilities, as well as corporate headquarters until 2000 when he was asked to lead the company’s commercial real estate activities in North Carolina and South Carolina, based out of Charlotte. Subsequently, he returned to Dallas to lead a national initiative focused on the delivery of development services to corporate clients. Prior to his current role, and for over 7 years, Mr. Fewin was responsible for all commercial real estate services provided by CBRE in Dallas/Fort Worth.
