​Professional Experience

As an Alliance Director in CBRE’s Public Institutions and Education Solutions Group, Patrick Andriuk is responsible for delivering public sector facilities management, project management and energy management solutions nationwide. Mr. Andriuk offers more than 25 years of facilities, energy, and project management experience for the public and private sectors, including education, financial services, technology, and the federal government. In this capacity, Mr. Andriuk manages client relationships and supervises the operations of multiple federal government accounts totaling over 25 million square feet including the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Army Medical Command, the Department of Labor: Job Corps, and the General Services Administration.

Mr. Andriuk previously managed CBRE’s global portfolio for E*TRADE which included a large Tier-IV data center. Under Mr. Andriuk’s leadership, the facility management staff delivered a comprehensive full-service corporate real estate and facilities management solution that aligned with the client’s business plan and achieved over 20% in client operating cost-savings through the implementation of space planning, strategic sourcing, an energy management program, and FM best-practices.

Prior to CBRE, Mr. Andriuk served as the Director of Facilities at Episcopal High School for over 10 years. The historic, 100% residential, college-preparatory campus encompasses more than 65 buildings on 135 urban acres in Virginia. Mr. Andriuk was responsible for overseeing design and construction, campus capital planning, and all physical plant operations. Mr. Andriuk served as the owners’ representative and project manager for all new campus facilities, including a LEED-Certified Science Center, an Arts Center, a new Residence Hall, and several faculty residences. Mr. Andriuk also implemented a campus-wide energy management strategy, earning a first place award for energy conservation for an existing educational institution from the National Capital Area Energy Conservation Competition.

Mr. Andriuk has served in management roles at several large and high-profile public and private sector facilities in the Washington, D.C. area, including Georgetown’s Washington Harbour, Union Station, U.S. Geological Survey Center, and the Old Post Office Pavilion.
