In her current role, Sarrah Stutzman leads the local marketing teams in all corporate offices in the Unites States. She is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of more than 185 marketing professionals, providing direct oversight, training and education to elevate local market practices and increase awareness of the company’s marketing platform. Additionally, Sarrah oversees the operations of the broader Americas Marketing department, where she is responsible for budget management, logistics, recruiting, staffing, team development and vendors for the 250-person team.
Ms. Stutzman brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate marketing experience to her role. As an integral member of the Americas Marketing team, she partners with other national and service line leaders to create marketing tools and resources and strengthen the CBRE brand.
Prior to joining the Americas Marketing leadership team, Ms. Stutzman was the Marketing Manager for the Atlanta office where she oversaw an in-house staff of writers, graphic artists and market researchers, located in CBRE’s Atlanta office. She also directed the activities of external consultants such as print vendors, advertising agencies, public relations firms and other consultants. Ms. Stutzman was charged with supporting the firm’s new business efforts as well as managing marketing projects on behalf of existing clients.
She also has worked at ReSource Real Estate Marketing, a marketing and design firm in Atlanta, whose clients included CBRE, JLL, Lincoln Property Company, Hines, Novare, Carter and Cushman & Wakefield; and as a Marketing Specialist for the Atlanta office of Cushman & Wakefield.
