Tim Smith is Senior Vice President based in Moncton, New Brunswick, and has co-led CBRE’s Atlantic Valuation group since its inception in 2018. His work primarily focuses on eastern New Brunswick and northern Nova Scotia, providing appraisal and consulting services for a wide range of real estate assets. These include improved commercial properties (industrial, retail, office, apartments), vacant land (development, woodland, farmland, wetland), and specialty assets such as farms, aggregate pits, seniors housing, gas stations, convenience stores, and condominium reserve fund studies.
Tim began his appraisal career in 2007 after graduating from Mount Allison University. He has since gained experience with leading international real estate appraisal firms and advanced his education, earning a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia in 2013 and his AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2014.
