2014 Real Estate Investment Trends

Global Investor Intentions Survey | 2014

2014 Real Estate Investment Trends In Europe, Asia Pacific and North America

Real estate investors in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America expect to spend more on property in 2014, according to CBRE’s 2014 Global Investor Intentions Survey. This increase will be led by the industrial and logistics sector, especially in Asia Pacific, where changing occupier needs are being driven by a shift to consumption-led demand.

Initially focused on the European market, CBRE's Investor Intentions Survey was expanded this year to include both Asia Pacific and North America. The 2014 survey received 743 responses from around the world and across a range of different types of real estate investors.
