Richard B. Abbitt, a Senior Vice President at CBRE has been a Tenant Representation Broker for over 25 years and specializes in representing high-tech companies in the acquisitions or disposition of commercial real estate. Prior to joining CBRE, Richard Abbitt formed Venture Realty Group where he was the President and CEO. Mr. Abbitt was previously the President of the Los Angeles office of Lee & Associates and responsible for the Corporate Services Group. He was also with Julien J. Studley, Inc. for 8 years, eventually becoming the Branch Manager and Vice President of the company’s Northern Los Angeles Office.
