As President of CB Richard Ellis – Asia Pacific, Rob is responsible for CB Richard Ellis' activities in Asia Pacific. In this role, Rob seeks to facilitate the inbound and outbound movement of investment capital across the Asia Pacific region, as well as focus on driving the business forward in Greater Asia.
Responsible for over 2,500 CB Richard Ellis employees in 11 countries, Rob's primary focus is overseeing client activity in the Greater Asia region including Hong Kong, China, Taipei, Seoul, Singapore and Japan.
Over the last 10 years, Rob has worked with the Colliers Jardine group where he commenced as Sales Director and then Regional Service Director until 1995. From 1995 to 1998 he was Regional Investment Director based in Singapore. In 1999 he was appointed Australia Director, and in 2000, Chief Executive – New South Wales.
Rob is currently based in Hong Kong since February 2002.
